Relationship Advice: He's in Canada, and I'm in California! I don't know what to do, help!?

ok so this is the situation; i found an old friend of mine through a social website. We went to middle school together, but he disappeared during high school. Turns out he went to play hockey up in canada. Now 4 years later, we got back in touch, first we did email small talk how are you whats up, %26amp; then i called him, and he called back! Straight up he asks me what i think of being in a relationship with him, %26amp; we talk about it both expressing what we want %26amp; dont want in a relationship. He leaves it at, you're great but we should be friends because he found that the right into relationship thing doesnt work for him. So we texted some the next day and over the weekend. but now he doesnt text back or seem interested. Oh, he's coming home in the middle of march which is when we'd start a relationship i guess, i dont know because we dont talk. Is he even into me though? I can't figure this one out! Is it even worth stressing about? What should i do?Relationship Advice: He's in Canada, and I'm in California! I don't know what to do, help!?
LOL you're freaking out over nothing, breathe, relax, and just wait until march. He's probably just playing it safe because he doesn't know what he's getting in to. It's been four years.

Relationship advice?!!! thanx....?

okay, so my bf and i started going out, and we told each other we loved each other. we believed this for about 4 months, then he told me he didnt love me. i was extremely hurt, but i got over it quickly. and i knew i didnt love him. then we got back together because we still really do like each other. and we're both happy being together, but dont love each other...which is fine with us. we like each others company and care about each other a lot. but we're both only 15, and we think we're too young to be in love. we're happy right now. is it possible for us to be in love in the very far away future?Relationship advice?!!! thanx....?
Yes, at your age you are still going through major changes and love is a strange idea that you can't really understand yet. Give it time and see what happens in the future. Just enjoy it!

Relationship advice.. oddly enough?

It's really odd, but my girlfriend and I have been dating... for about a year now.. and like most love does.. it's gotten to be this mature kind of love..

and I want to do something extravagant.. like... play a song at my next concert for her... but nothing I can think of seems big enough.

I need something. We live in a small town, so there's really nothing much in terms of resources. lol

That.. and I just need something... to respark our romance.. it's gotten boring, and she doesn't like that. I'd really like to know how to respark a relationship, but not be too cheesy in the process?

Thanks a lot.

Jon.Relationship advice.. oddly enough?
aww! you seem like a sweet boyfriend.

write a long letter telling her how you feel about her and how much you love her. fold it up and hide in in a place you'll know she'll find later. :)Relationship advice.. oddly enough?
hi my name is dedreck and i just want you to know that im a she male. but hey i know what you should do you should tade her out at night times at your favorite spot and talk about you your interests and see if you have anything in common.and you know you should try and sing songs with her and try and have a journal for yu two and write down how and what you guys did on that day and sometimes try and confess with each other.
Surprise her with a nice romantic home cooked dinner picnic. When you go for your date, cover her eyes, take her to a really nice area, and have a nice romantic picnic set up. Candles, flowers the whole nine yards
here is 3 suggestions .

1. take her to a nice resturant.

2. buy her roses and choclates.

3. make up a poem.

I need relationship advice!!?

I was sort of going out with this guy from my youth group and he was from a not-too-great background. He got thrown in juvenile detention last year and I don't know when he's getting out. I really don't think I want this relationship to continue, and I really don't think my parents would want us to go together anyway. The problem, though, is that he is totally in love with me. I don't want to hurt him, but I'm tired of having my life restricted by what he's done. I really need help. I want freedom from this.I need relationship advice!!?
If he really loves you, he'll let you go.I need relationship advice!!?
try to express you're feelings in a subtile way. I know it is not easy but you can at least try. And maybe it is better for you to just not have a boyfriend at all at the moment. You can have freedom from this just try to talk to as many possitive people about you're isseu, and maybe you can come up with a solution. Be strong!!! E.S. Ong The Hague.
Look after yourself - the best advice you can ever have. Obviously he's in love with you - he's bound ot say that because he wants to keep hold of you as your his hope while he's inside. Ask yourself how you honestly feel and act upon it - it's the only way!
tell him you dont think the relationship is a good idea anymore, ur feelings have changed but u still love him as a friend or something just so he takes it a little more easy than just calling it off! No matter what u do he will be hurt but someday he will understand why u done that becus if he really loves you he wouldnt want you 2 be unhappy! Wish you all the best huni
Tell him if he really wants to be with u he needs to get his act together, n that u dont want to be with him until he does. Tell him that when he gets out he can prove himself to u, n u'll consider gettin back with him.
at the end of the day trhe only person who truely looks out for you is YOU. if you dont wish to court this lad then call it a day. go and see him and tell him - if this is possible otherwise send a letter. good luck :)
you should tell him what you want out of it ..

You don't want to be in this relationship so the best and only thing to do is to end it!

Just be honest with him. Explain how you feel, how sorry you are and that its best it ends now rather than further down the line IE: you're saving you both from more pain.

Say you've had time to think about things since he's been away and maybe you are better off as friends. Cliche i know. But sometimes the old lines are the best!

If he is in love with you as you say then you are gonna be breaking his heart but he'll get over it eventually and you shouldn't feel guilty about it. As long as you nip this in the bud quickly and honestly now.

Whatever you do don't drag it out!
just dump him and get it over and done with

or he could come and stalk you if you do then you have to worry about seeing him again
Honesty here is the best policy ...........its not easy but try and do it in a ''lets be honest and friends'' sort of way ....... theres really no other way of doing it.
I really think you should be honest with him but tactful, just tell him you like him but don't want a relationship with him. I think you should cut these ties with him, you are still young and don't want this following you around. To be honest i think you have already decided what you are going to do, you just have to be strong and a little selfish i suppose and think about yourself for a chnage. xxx
Yeah, think most of the people on here are right. You need to walk away from this before it gets too deep. He clearly isn't the one. You don't want to have someone who has been in juvenile detention anyway. If he is on drugs too for example, he is probably somewhat screwed up inside. I think, although it's the hardest way, you should dump him face to face. If you can't do that, by a whole-hearted letter. Get your parents/friends to help you write it if you need to. If he doesn't take it well and when he comes out of detention, he starts stalking you, you should report it to the police and mention he's been in juvenile detention before, that would give them more reason to see to your protection. You shouldn't have to be restricted by him. At the end of the day, you will both move on, get new partners and wonder why you liked each other in the first place. Good luck.
short answer to you is walk away NOW b4 its 2 late 4 u
Just tell him ur at a point in ur life when you dont want to be tied down. Ive heard that one before.
he's not ready yet. tell him to get his life together. there's to many free nice men out there.
I think you should just break up with him but make sure that you tell him y so he doesnt think is just so you can go with another guy. trust me I had a boy friend that went to juvi to and even though we lasted for a hole year i couldnt take it any more and had to break up wit him . N ow we go to the same school and we get along just fine.
NO is the word.
i kno it sounds a bit selfish but u need to fink about ur self... u cant carry on in a relationship that u dont want to continue... in my opinion it would be worst to lead him on.... let it burn... jus be honest and explain how ur feel good luck!!
Tell him that what he is doing to his life is effecting your relationship. If he promises to try and change his ways then maybe he can be good for you and if he turns into someone goos then your parents maybe will like him to. Just be honest. If he refuses then say you know what I'm done because you shouldn't have to deal with that.
Write him a letter telling him your feelings. This will give him time to get used to the idea and any hurt or anger that he may have will probably subside in time.
Then tell HIM. You can't end a relationship with someone without hurting them. That's a part of life.
you know really this man is no good for you,get yrself out and about and try meeting someone new babes,it'l take yr mind off him good luck anyway

I need relationship advice?

Ok so i have a problem i really like this girl and i know she used to have feelings for me the only problem is she is now with my one of my best friends i would like to be with her but i dont want to ruin my friendship with my other friend. What should i do?I need relationship advice?
It's too late.....you had your chance and now obviously she has moved on and is with one of your best friends. It is best to move on otherwise if you do try anything it will only ruin the friendship with your best friend and really it's only over a girl. Why ruin a friendship when this girl has now moved on and doesn't feel for you in that way anymore and may not want to be with you.

If she does she wouldn't be with your friend and if she still does have those feelings for you the relationship between her and your friend won't go far and who knows what the future holds. But for now she is with your friend and has moved on and so should you....just enjoy life and have fun, take things as they come and who knows what will come down the track.I need relationship advice?
Hate to say this but if she is with your best friend then you have to leave her alone - for now. Become friends with her, let her get used to feeling comfortable with you while being with your best friend. Then some day when you are BOTH single, it may work out. Just don't overstep your boundries now. She is your best friends girl. Just one question - Why didn't you get together before when you knew she liked you? Do you like her now because she is dating your best friend and no longer available?
Back off and respect their relationship. Then, if they break up in the future, she'll know that you are trustworthy and have respect for commitment. Also, you owe it to your friend to not come in between him and his girlfriend.
Exactly what the first answer was... Your best friend should be your first priority. If they break up, then maybe... But do talk to your best friend first. But right now, stay out of it.
dont ruin your friends relationship.. you'll have to wait until they break up but you should try to date other girls while youre waiting even if its just one date that doesnt mean anything at least your haveing fun.
stay out of it. i lost my best friend because of that!
If she's already with someone, don't do a thing. Especially if the guy she's with is your friend.
I advise to do nothing unless you know it will be love and lasting. you don 't want to lose a friend for a fling. think about it.
i would respect their relationship. if it's not meant to be with them, then you can make your move if they ever call it off. it'll complicate things if you get involved.

I need relationship advice?

what would u do if u overheard the person u r in love with telling someone that they dont love u anymoreI need relationship advice?
i would be sad for a little bit, but its his loss and theres other people out there and besides its not the end of the world just get on with life, because you shouldnt waste it being depressed over one person that doesnt care about uI need relationship advice?
ask him if hes feels that way let em go and get some one else
oh man. Well i say confront him about it. That's the only real thing that you can do. If he doesnt love you he shouldnt have told someone else, he should have told you first. Was it a girl he told? If it was then he is planning to cheat. Well good luck,!!
leave him, sweetie.

make a clean break.

other options don't work.

look

a) u don't say anything and carry on.

ur eat urself up! or hell leave YOU!

b) u try to talk to him.

he lies to you. u wanna believe himk, bat u cant. u torture urself.

or he tells the truth and leaves YOU!
I would ask myself if my partner would be likely to tell that person the truth or would be talking rubbish to mess that persons head, then later I would ask my partner for an explanation.
I would just ask the person what was up. There is no need to jump to conclusions, you could have not heard the whole story.
I would dump that person and move on
DUMP HIS MOHERFRIGGEN @$$

  • RELATIONSHIP ADVICE please?

Ok, theres this guy I like and he likes me back...the only problem is he has a gf.(and no I would NEVER ever let him cheat on her...even if I don't like her, I don't like guys that cheat). He told my friend that their relationship wasn't going so well because she was bitchy and annoying. He also said that if/when they do break up he really wants to ask me out...and I want to know do you think me and him have a chance and do you have any advice for me?RELATIONSHIP ADVICE please?
    hey jessie

wait till you know for sure that he broke up with her. stuff like that gets out around the halls easily so that wont be hard to find out. then you might want to wait a little while cause if he dumps her and goes right for u that girl is going to think that he dumped you for her (which is true) and that will piss her off probably. She might even think you two did something while they were still dating. So put some buffer time to make sure she is completely out of the picture before you move in. byeRELATIONSHIP ADVICE please?
you should not raise ur time on him. is he dating your friend? If this is true, then this is a line you should not cross.
no harm trying... but do check him out first to confirm that he has broken up wif his earlier gal...
tell him that u like him and u want to go with him but he has to break up with his gf if he wants u cause ur not that kind of girl
well i would really have to know him. but if u guys do go out and he start acting distracted then he is thinkin about another girl or he is thinkin about breakin up with you....... i no from experience
Well so far so good, you're thinking the right way.

Never start a relationship with someone who is in another relationship.

If he does try to go too far with you, leave him by himself.

If he would cross the line and try to cheat on his girlfriend, he'll probably do the same with you.

    It makes him untrustworthy.
Just keep being friendly and supportive and kind to him. If and when he breaks up he'll remember what a good friend you are and maybe want to be with you.
